It’s my first Heroic Heartthrob Thursday, which means I’m showing my love for my favorite fictional hero. So this week’s man of choice is Aidan Shaw (played by John Corbett). If you’ve been paying attention to my tweets lately, you’ll know I’ve been re-watching Sex and the City and I am head over heels for him. Am I happy she got a happy ending with Big? Sure, I guess so. I am, after all, a happily ever after kind of girl.
Still, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Aidan and don’t understand why in the world she went with Big. To me, Aidan is the perfect mix of capable, outdoorsy male and I’ll-dress-up-on-occasion-without-too-much-protest gentleman. And while he doesn’t have the immediate sex appeal (personal opinion!) of some of my Man Candy Morning hotties, his confident grin and quirky personality make Aidan one of my favorite onscreen men.
